Business Sweden named “Climber of the Year” in Swedish Business Decision Makers Survey
Every year, the research company Evimetrix gauges customer satisfaction among Swedish business decision-makers. This year, Business Sweden has taken the spotlight as the 2024 “Climber of the Year”.
In the latest edition of the Swedish Business Decision Makers Survey, Business Sweden made an impressive leap from 26th to 14th place. According to Evimetrix, which has conducted this survey since 1995, Business Sweden demonstrated the strongest development in the service industry.
"It is unusual to see this kind of progress in just one year. That's why Business Sweden is this year's climber,” says Peter Wissing, head of the survey at Evimetrix.
"These results align with what we've observed in other contexts, namely that Business Sweden consistently delivers high-value services to our customers,” says Jan Larsson, CEO of Business Sweden. “Our employees have worked tirelessly and with great purpose to help customers succeed internationally, whether identifying new markets for expansion or driving growth in existing ones.”
Background
Since 1995, Evimetrix has annually measured customer satisfaction among decision-makers in Sweden's service industry. Each year, 650 randomly selected respondents from companies with at least 50 employees are invited to participate.
The survey focuses on decision-makers with experience purchasing services from suppliers. It examines their current and past relationships with suppliers, asking a detailed set of questions for those with deeper involvement. These questions include measures such as the Customer Satisfaction Indes (CSI), providing valuable insights into customer experiences and satisfaction levels.
